We Labebe have a 30-day free return policy. It means that if you receive a damaged product, you will have 30 days to get a refund after receiving your item to request a return & refund.

If your return is approved by Labebe's customer service representatives, we will give you detailed instructions on how and where you should send your package back. The freight for the refund needs to be paid in advance by the customer him/herself, and the customer needs to keep an electronic postage receipt/copy. After we receive the return package, the freight will be paid into the specific account provided by the customer. Items sent back without first requesting from Labebe's customer service representatives, a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your refund and/or request is approved, the refund will be processed automatically and issued to your original payment method. It's important to note that the timeframe for the refund to return to your bank/Paypal account may vary, as it depends on your bank or credit card company's processing procedures.
