Shipping method:

Currently, we only offer one shipping method, which is the most cost-effective and speedy way. The carrier that ships your order depends entirely on your country of residence. However, we will always choose the most reliable and fastest local carrier available for you. Past experience has shown that the cheapest shipping methods can be slow and unreliable. Therefore, we have decided to ship all orders (regardless of quantity) via expedited service.

Shipping times vary from location to location, mainly depending on distance, local carrier, and possible customs inspections. Average transit times are based on previous delivery times. We would like to emphasize that this figure is an average and transit times may be shorter or longer depending on the factors above. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact delivery time, but the included tracking number should give you a better idea. Please allow 4 days after receiving the tracking number before checking for updates.

Logistics Tracking:

All orders receive a unique tracking number. These will be tracked from our warehouse all the way to your shipping address, and shipping is absolutely free.
We provide tracking numbers as soon as each order becomes available. Once added to your account, you will be notified by email. The email contains a link to our website where you can find your tracking number. Copy the number and click on it, and a new window will appear. Just paste your tracking number and track!

Could not find trace:

It may take up to five days after an order is completed for tracking information to begin appearing. If the message does not appear after five days, please contact us.

Fulfillment status:

Not Complete - Your order has been accepted and is currently being processed.
Completed – Your order has been successfully shipped and is on its way.
Partial Fulfillment - Part of your order has been shipped while another part is still being processed.
If your order happens to be unfulfilled or partially fulfilled for more than 5 days, please contact us.

Tracking shows "Delivered" but my package didn't arrive, what should I do?

Check the shipping address you are using to see if it matches.
Check with your neighbor, chances are the postman made it to your neighbor!
Check your local post office, some packages are stuck there. Just give them a call and give them your tracking number to claim your package.
