1. Return Policy Overview
- 30-Day Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- 90-Day Quality Warranty: Quality-related issues may be reported within 90 days of delivery.
- Authorization Required: All returns must be approved by our Customer Service team before being sent back.
2. Return Eligibility (30-Day Return Guarantee)
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving the order
- New, unused, and in resalable condition
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, instructions, and accessories included
- Not assembled, altered, or showing signs of wear or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted if the item:
- Is returned after 30 days (unless due to a confirmed quality issue)
- Has been used, assembled, resized, or altered
- Is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Is missing original packaging, parts, labels, or instructions
4. Return Shipping & Fees
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Quality-related issues (defects, damage, missing parts): Labebe will cover return shipping or provide an appropriate solution.
- Non-quality-related returns (wrong order, change of mind): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
- Returns that are opened, damaged, incomplete, or not in original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
- Items deemed ineligible for return will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled before shipment or production for a full refund.
- Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy applies.
6. Warranty & Quality Claims (90 Days)
Labebe offers a 90-day warranty starting from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and quality issues.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Products reported after 90 days
How to File a Quality Claim
- Contact us within 90 days of delivery.
- Be sure to attach clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage, and indicate the part number(s) corresponding to the issue (refer to the assembly instructions if needed).
- To help us assess the situation more efficiently, please also include your order number (#xxxx).
- Our team will review the claim and may request additional information.
- If approved, we will offer a suitable resolution (replacement, refund, or parts) at our discretion.
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 1–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
