Changed your mind? No problem.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Before sending anything back, please contact us to request a confirmation. This helps us process your return efficiently. You’ll need to return the goods at your own cost, and we have to ask you that:

Make sure the items are saleable, unopened and in their original packaging.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Please also keep proof of postage until your refund has been issued.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days (excluding any shipping costs).

Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund as needed.
